On May 6th, 2008, St. Peter's held their annual Awards Nights honoring the many Masons with long years of service. There were two 5 year pins, one 10, 15, and 20 year pins, three 35 year pins, two 40 year pins, one 45, 55, and 60 year pins. We even had a not so often heard of 70 year pin belonging to Brother William E. Cooper, raised May 17, 1938. But the highlite of the evening was our Golden Year recipients, Brother Robert Burden and Brother Edmund K. Swigart. Their years of service to our fraternity and our Brothers are admirable and an inspiration to us all. May they have many more years with their families and their Mason Brothers.
