Master's Message

My Brothers,

Welcome back to “Light”. I hope you all had an enjoyable, healthy summer and are looking forward to a productive fall as The Craft gets back to labor.

The Masonic emblem of industry, “The Bee Hive” is a good one for our lodge to emulate at this time. Listed above are a group of committees that I am asking you to consider participating in by any degree you can afford.  It would be good if these committees (or some version) become standing ones. The intent is they are fraternal activities that give each of us an opportunity to pick something that fits our individual strengths and satisfy each brother’s likes while helping fulfill the needs and responsibilities of our lodge.  In addition, I am enthusiastically hoping that some of you who have been less active will find reason to become more so.  St Peter’s Lodge #21 will be a better place with your fraternal presence.

At the conclusion of “The Bee Hive” lesson we are taught that mankind’s dependence upon each other is one of the strongest bonds of society and essential to “reciprocal love and friendship” and our Masonic belief that man was created to lead a “… social and active life. The noblest part of the work of God.”

I look forward to seeing you soon.

Fraternally yours,

Timothy R.  McMullin
