My Brothers,

It is not often enough that the joy's of my thoughts get to be expressed in such a sincere manner towards a subject that is
endearing to us all, the welfare of St. Peters Lodge No.21. It is my privilege as Worshipful Master to be part of the growth and
common bond that we have cultivated these last four months. We have become a solid structure of fraternal presence in the
making of St. Peters to the better way, it is found in our shear numbers of good men who have sought out our company to
stand next to, and be part of the Brotherhood. We have also shown our capability to work together not just in our ritual but in
our ever present necessity to the condition of our Temple. We, as always are evolving to the true intentions of the fraternity,
" We become better together". I can find no better example to this sacred cause then that of having our Brother Rafael
Figueroa Jr. S.W. sit in the East and make his father, now, Brother Rafael Figueroa Sr., a Mason and a Brother to himself and
us all, Father and son, Brothers forever! I cannot fit all the examples that the Brothers of St. Peters have shown to our true
character as a Lodge, I thank you all.

Our immediate future holds great opportunity for the same positive motion we have experienced, and knowing the character
of the Brothers who have sustained us thus far, as Master of this Lodge I am assured we will proceed through the next couple
months a Lodge not made with hands but eternal within ourselves.
