On Friday November 2nd Saint Peter's Lodge held their annual Appreciation Dinner for New Milford's Volunteer Fire Departments and Ambulance Corps to show their thanks for always giving of themselves when others need help. About thirty-five volunteers came out that night and enjoyed a great meal provided by the lodge in Fellowship Hall.

     Represented were New Milford Ambulance Corps, Gaylordsville Fire Department and Kent Fire Department. Also there that night to show their gratitude were Honorable Patricia Murphy, Mayor of New Milford, and State Representative Honorable Clark Chappin, Representative for the 67th District for Connecticut.

     Ten brothers and family members came out that night to set up Fellowship Hall, cook and serve the dinner and clean up afterwards. Without their help the night would not have been as successful. Our thanks go to them as well.
